Hole No.1

First par 5 of the course. It has out of bounds on the left from the beginning of the tee until the green; therefore it’s convenient to take it on the right.

Hole No.2

Par 4. It’s convenient to play a Wood 3 to avoid the bunker on the right and to take an easy shot to the green.

Hole No.3

Par 4. It has out of bounds on the right and a double on the left. It’s recommended to play a wood 3 to take the green from 150 yards, avoiding the hazard on the right.

Hole No.4

First par 3. It’s your first chance to make a Hole in One. It’s recommended to take it on the right of the green since the left has out of bounds and Bunkers around the Green.

Hole No.5

It’s the longest and more difficult par 4. Fair way, very narrow and out of bounds all the time on the left. It’s recommended to play from the tee from right to left to have a good angle to the green.

Hole No.6

It’s an interesting par 4, with a double on the left and out of bounds the whole time on the left. It’s ideal to play a wood 3 from the tee to take the green within 150 yards.

Hole No.7

The second par 3. It has a bunker around the Green. The wind usually blows from right to left therefore it’s recommended to take the green from the right.

Hole No.8

The second par 5 and the longest of the course. The wind usually blows against it so it’s recommended to shot the ball low and to take the Green from the right to avoid the bunkers on the left.

Hole No.9

Par 4 dogleg right and out of bounds at the same time. It’s convenient to play a Wood 3 to take the green upfront. Take into consideration that the whole time your second shot is uphill because the green is high.

Hole No.10

Third par 5 of the course, with a double on the right and out of bounds from the beginning of the Tee until the Green. It’s convenient to use a driver to cross the waterfall.

Hole No.11

It’s a par 4 dogleg left. It’s recommended to play a wood 3 from the right side of the Tee to avoid the hazard on the left side.

Hole No.12

It’s an ideal par 4 to use a driver and for the second shot it’s convenient to attack the Green on the right side to avoid the bunker on the left.

Hole No.13

It's the third par 3 and the most picturesque of the court because of its beautiful views. It’s like an amphitheater which has the Lake of Managua “Xolotlan” as its horizon. It’s out of bounds on the right all the time and the Green is surrounded by bunkers.

Hole No.14

Par 4, against the wind, which suggests to play a low ball to get a good angle on the second shot to the green which has bunkers on the right and is below the level of the fairway from the 100 yards. Landscape of the Lake of Managua and the International Airport on the left.

Hole No.15

Par 4, it’s convenient to play to the left of the fairway to avoid bunkers on the right; for the second shot, of the 150 yards, it’s recommended to be short because there are out of bounds behind the green.

Hole No.16

This is the last par 5 of the course. It has out of bounds from the tee until the green on the right. It’s ideal to play a driver and for the third shot and on it’s convenient to be positioned on the left side of the 100 yards to have more access to the Green.

Hole No.17

This is the last par 3 of the course. It’s against the wind and the green has a bunker in front and on the left side.

Hole No.18

It is the second most difficult hole of the course, par 4, usually plays against the wind, with a beautiful lake on the right of the fairway until you reach the Green, ideal to play a wood 3. Play with caution because otherwise after having a good day of play, your dreams may end up in the water.
